My name is Blessing Aghimien and I'm currently a senior at East Carolina University, pursuing my Bachelor of Science degree in Communication while concentrating in Public Relations and minoring in Creative Writing.

Since the Fall of 2016, I have been employed at ECU's Student Media Department, where I worked with the student newspaper and magazine division. I currently serve in a student executorial position as the Magazine General Manager, where I supervise over the production and editorial process of East Carolina University's four student magazines.

Outside of my extensive work history with ECU Student Media, I've actively served as a member of several extracurriculars on my university's campus, such as the Student Activities Board, Homecoming Committee and Drastic Measures (a co-ed a cappella group on East Carolina University's campus). Within those extracurriculars, I've served on each of their executive boards as the Marketing/Social Media Coordinator, generating promotional plans and content for their respective events/activities.
